1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (new drops, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–8 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Peak seasons

Luxetah is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.


3. Free Shipping (If Applicable)

We may offer free shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping on orders over $75).

Free shipping applies only to standard shipping and does not include expedited options.

Promotions may be modified or removed at any time without notice.


4. Customs, Duties & International Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Canada:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority.
  • Luxetah does not control and cannot predict these fees.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order will not be refunded.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Luxetah is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Luxetah is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Then contact us so we may assist with filing a claim if applicable

We recommend shipping to a secure location.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders to high-risk regions
  • Refuse shipments where fraud is suspected
  • Limit shipping methods based on location

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
