If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below. By placing an order with Luxetah, you agree to the return terms outlined in this policy.
14-Day Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unworn and unused
• Be in their original condition
• Include all original packaging
• Show no signs of wear, scratches, perfume, cosmetic marks, or damage
To maintain fairness for all customers, all returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Luxetah does not provide prepaid return labels.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection, as Luxetah cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
• You will be notified by email
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• No restocking fees apply
Luxetah reserves the right to decline refunds that do not meet the return conditions outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Final sale items
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery
• Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.
